Case Study

In 2021, Quantuma were advising a bank in relation to a secondary commercial property located on North End Road, Fulham.  Singer Vielle were subsequently appointed to market and dispose of the asset.  The nature of the property meant that limited information was available to potential purchasers such that a traditional sales approach would have exposed the seller to risk of price re-negotiations and withdrawals.  Singer Vielle widely marketed, generated competing interest and subsequently advised to conclude the sale by an online legal tender using the clicktopurchase® platform.  Six parties submitted legal offers to treat by the deadline, the highest offer immediately accepted and a legal contract formed.

The entire sale process produced an audit trail of all actions which could be made available to ensure full transparency and accountability.  Against and asking price of £815,000, the property was sold in excess of £1m.
